PRIVACY POLICY
Draft: 21 October 2026 · analytics/consent alignment pending
This Privacy Policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you contact us. The terms used apply to all genders.
In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
1. Controller
Henrik Peters Schubertweg 1 14532 Kleinmachnow Germany Email: hello@henrikpeters.racing
Further information can be found in the Legal Notice at www.henrikpeters.racing/legal-notice.
2. Hosting and provision of the website
This website is created with Framer and provided through Framer’s platform and hosting infrastructure. The provider is Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Where Framer processes personal data on our behalf, Framer acts as a processor according to the information in the data processing agreement.
According to Framer, infrastructure from Amazon Web Services (AWS) is also used for the hosting and service infrastructure. No further unverified statements regarding storage locations, subprocessors or transfer mechanisms are made here.
3. Technical access data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data must be processed so that content can be delivered to the device being used and the stability and security of the service can be ensured. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, content accessed, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, and technical status and log data.
The processing serves to provide the online service, ensure technical security and analyse errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website pursuant to Art. 6(1), sentence 1, point (f) GDPR. Specific unverified retention periods are not stated.
4. Framer Analytics
For statistical evaluation of the website, only Framer Built-in Analytics is intended following the planned publication. According to Framer, this service operates without analytics cookies and without persistent identifiers. The analyses are anonymised or aggregated and are used to understand the use and performance of the website.
The currently published website still contains Google Analytics. The consent configuration has not yet been completed. Before publication, this draft must be aligned with the analytics and consent configuration actually in use.
5. Functional browser storage
The website stores the selected language under hpr-language in local browser storage so that it is retained during navigation and later visits. Within the current browser session, the homepage also stores whether the introductory animation has already been shown. This functional session information is generally discarded when the browser session ends and is not used for analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-session tracking.
6. Media, images, videos and fonts
Images and videos displayed directly on the website are delivered through Framer’s infrastructure or through assets hosted by Framer. This also includes the hero video, the Henrik and Mel video, and the official NASCAR interview. These are not automatically loaded YouTube embeds.
The Oswald and Inter fonts are integrated as Framer project fonts. No direct requests to Google Fonts domains were found in the reviewed project code.
7. External links and social media
The website contains regular external links, including links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, NASCAR Euro Series, and press, team and partner websites. No YouTube players or Instagram or Facebook social-media feeds are automatically embedded on this website.
As a rule, data is transferred to the respective external provider only when you follow such a link and leave the HP-R website. The privacy provisions of the respective external provider apply to subsequent processing. We have no influence over their content or privacy practices.
Where we maintain our own profiles on social networks and you interact with us there, the respective platform provider may process data under its own terms. Data-subject rights concerning a platform can generally be exercised most effectively directly with that platform’s operator.
8. Contact by email or telephone
The website does not contain a contact form. If you voluntarily contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and content you provide insofar as this is necessary to handle your enquiry and for subsequent communication.
The legal basis depends on the reason for the contact. Data is processed only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or for as long as statutory obligations require further retention.
9. Relevant legal bases
Where no more specific legal basis is stated in this Privacy Policy, the following bases may apply in particular: consent pursuant to Art. 6(1), sentence 1, point (a) GDPR; compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1), sentence 1, point (c) GDPR; and legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1), sentence 1, point (f) GDPR. Applicable national data-protection provisions, in particular the German Federal Data Protection Act, also apply.
10. Rights of data subjects
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights in particular:
Objection: On grounds relating to your particular situation, you may object to processing based on Art. 6(1), point (e) or (f) GDPR. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Withdrawal of consent: Consent that has been given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Access: You may request information as to whether and which personal data concerning you is processed.
Rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
Erasure and restriction: Subject to the statutory requirements, you may request erasure or restriction of processing.
Data portability: Subject to the statutory requirements, you may receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request its transmission.
11. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
12. Currency and amendments
We update this Privacy Policy when changes to the website, the services used or legal requirements make this necessary. Please check this page regularly for the current version.
